Policies

Order Processing:

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after your order is placed. Check the product description, as some of our custom-made and larger items may have a longer processing time. You will be notified in the unlikely event there is a delay in processing your order.

Order Shipping:

Standard shipping for your entire order is $2.95 to anywhere in the continental United States. We ship by USPS, UPS, Fed Ex and DHL, depending on your order. Additional freight charges may be incurred if your order is shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, APOs/AFOs, internationally, etc. Please check the product description for shipping restrictions.

Please allow an additional 2-7 days after the processing time of your order for delivery. Larger play sets and ride on toys may have a longer delivery time, and is noted in the product description. Please allow additional delivery time during peak mail periods (two weeks before Christmas, and the 10 days prior to Mother's Day and Father's Day) and for delivery points outside of the continental United States.

All items we ship include a delivery confirmation number. Delivery confirmation numbers can be tracked at www.fedex.com, www.usps.com or www.ups.com. If the carrier website indicates your package was delivered, but you have not received it, it is imperative that you contact your local carrier office as soon as possible. Contact us as well, but the carrier will require that you contact them directly, and it has been our experience that once a customer contacts their local carrier's office the issue is quickly resolved.

Reshipment:

In the event an item is returned to us because of failure of recepient to pick up the package, or an undeliverable or incorrect address is provided and an item is returned to us, you will have the option of a refund of the purchase price (minus the actual shipping and freight charges), or we can reship the order to you for the actual shipping and freight charges.

Returns and Exchanges:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Unopened merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange if returned within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us for a Returned Merchandise Authorization number and return or exchange instructions. Failure to obtain an RMA may result in a delay of processing your return. We will also accept as-new items, as long as all packing materials, instructions, etc. are included with the return. A restocking fee may be incurred for opened packaging.

The amount of refund will be limited to the purchase price paid by you, minus the actual shipping and freight charges paid by us. Exchanges for non-defective products will incur actual shipping charges when shipping the exchanged item back to you. We will let you know the approximate charges when you contact us for a RMA number.

Personalized items will have a 'personalized' restocking charge.

Defective toys and products may be returned and replaced outside of the 14 day period, depending on the defect. You will need to contact us for a Returned Merchandise Authorization number and return or exchange instructions. Failure to obtain an RMA may result in a delay of processing your return.

Payment:

Purchases made through Childish Toys are securely processed through Authorize.net or PayPal, and will show in your statement as payments made to McCullough, Inc. You can call us during regular business hours to make a purchase using Visa or MasterCard. Purchases made by check will be held for 10 days for check processing.

Privacy Policy:

Your personal information will only be used to process your order. We do not sell, give away, rent, loan, barter, trade or in any other way share our customer information with anyone or any business. The only information you will receive for us will be directly related to your order or an occasional newsletter, if you sign up for our newsletter.
